By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, personal preference, or any other non-defective reason.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may only be considered if the item:
Arrives damaged or defective.
Is significantly different from the item ordered.
Was incorrectly shipped by Respire.
Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Reporting an Issue
To request a review of your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the product and the issue.
Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the request being denied.
Return Authorization Required
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Respire.
Packages returned without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
Condition of Returned Products
If a return is approved, the product must be returned:
Unused.
In its original condition.
In its original packaging.
With all included accessories and materials.
Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable.
Inspection Process
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
Approval of a refund or replacement is made solely at the discretion of Respire after inspection.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Respire first to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Submitting a fraudulent chargeback after receiving a product may result in the dispute being challenged with supporting documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Respire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through our website, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
